Prototype Through Class 101 Production Tooling

At Lighthouse Industries prior to the submission of a quotation or acceptance of an order, an engineering review is conducted to confirm the proposed products will be manufactured to customer requirements within specified delivery constraints. DFM’s and Mold Flow analysis are just some of the tools we use.

The engineering review includes reviewing product design, performance requirements, tolerancing compliance, special equipment / tooling needs, program timing, training requirements, and special packaging requirements.

For over 25 years Lighthouse Industries has been building high quality molds for Automotive, Medical, and Military applications. We are DOD registered capable of handling ITAR applications. Our experience allows us to understanding your needs and requirements. Our engineering and design support ensures you get the best possible mold at the most competitive price.

 

All molds come with a minimum of 250K to 1MM shot warantees backed up and supported by our in-house tooling department. Our tooling capabilities support molded parts ranging from 20 ton to over 2,500 tons machine Requirements
